Delivery Information

Please keep in mind that when you buy a face mask you can not return it for any reason. It is considered a personal product and not to be resold, by law we must destroy all masks that are returned to us. However, we will replace any defective masks.

To place an order with guaranteed delivery:

  1. Add the qualifying item to your Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Choose an eligible shipping address within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories) or an eligible export country.
  3. Pay using Paypal, credit card or debit card to avoid payment processing delays.
  4. Place your order.

Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address), based on the shipping speed you've chosen.

International customers

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery in remote locations or if the address isn't verified through the shipping software.

Note: If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
